The «Goryachko, Niadzvetski and Partners» (GN&P) patent agency started its activity in Belarus in 1993 under the name «Belnevinpat», with Papula-Nevinpat as one of the founding partners holding a majority of the shares.
From the very beginning, we have been cooperating closely with Papula-Nevinpat, a globally known network of companies, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. Today, Papula-Nevinpat continues to be our trusted partner in IPR protection, as we are serving Papula-Nevinpat’s clients in all Belarusian IPR matters through Papula-Nevinpat’s head office as part of its Eurasian network.
Over the years, we have gained invaluable international experience, working with clients from different countries in the field of intellectual property protection. Since 2015 our company has been working under the new name «Goryachko, Niadzvetski and Partners».
The change of name was mostly linked with the high reputation of the founding partners in the field of intellectual property protection, both domestically and internationally.
